How this course sets you up for success:

We have set up two ways to get support, encouragement, and ask questions:

1. Weekly co-working time with your course host. During this video call, students can ask questions and learn from others in the cohort. We will also share some special bonus conversations/training on topics that are in addition to the course content (like how to batch episodes, interview like a pro, and many others).

2. Access to our podcast management platform to track information and ask questions at any time. This is the place where you can ask questions when you’re stuck and share ideas to get honest feedback from your fellow students.

This program offers a completely unique approach!

Putting together this course with all the support is one part of an amazing program, but no other program allows you to publish THREE of your episodes as a part of the program! There is no need to fear the technical stuff and worry about how to do what you need to do! Plus, everyone in the cohort will work together to support each other’s podcasts.

Meet your course instructor!

Hi! I am Sue Barber, and I am excited to be your facilitator for this Masterclass!

I am an executive coach, visibility expert, author and podcast host. I have been through multiple podcast launch courses before moving forward on my own podcast. I know that it can feel daunting (I felt that too before I worked with the Sheep Jam team) because of the technical requirements or the fear of putting your voice out there, but I want you to know that I will be there to coach and guide you to make it easy.

We will focus on desgining your show, including format and timing. We will help you understand some of the key decisions that you need to make on hosting, podcast artwork, podcast categories, and music.

We will prepare for pre-production and production including preparing content, scripting and scheduling. You will also be recording your trailer for your podcast!
